The Left Arrow button scrolls back in History.
The Right Arrow button scrolls forward in History.
The Randomization function makes a repeat Doublet name impossible for nearly 4000 sequential names. After this, the Shuffle function generates a new mix of NickName parts calling on nearly 7000 key words.
Each time you start the App you get a fresh random shuffle.
